The Hostel Monitoring System is a Web application which processes through digital documentation to track the activities of following

  • Admissions Registration & Proceeding
  • Boarders Amenities tracking
  • Mark Boarders Attendance
  • Daily Stock entries
  • Generate Diet, Cosmetic charges, Rents, Electricity and OOE etc.
  • Staff Registration and Attendance
  • Submit bills on monthly basis to Treasury
  • Inspections and Visits of Hostels

What's New

  • The admissions and renewals in to Post matric hostels of SCDD is through ePASS portal only.
  • It is to inform to all the DDs/ DSCDOs on the state that, the Pocket Money Bill partial generation has been enabled in the eHMS portal. Those who has already generated the Pocket Money Bill to a particular month as partial bill has been already generated. Present for the balance Boarders, whose details are rectified and ready for release of Pocket Money the option has been enabled now.
